It’s that time of the year when spring showers bring May flowers. It’s also when Jordans drops the line of Heat with new colors for the season.
There are a lot of new Jordan shoes dropping; some are complete re-colors while others are different versions of “classic Js” everyone cherishes. Take it all in as we go into the mind of a Sneakerhead like myself, and join me in a deep dive into the new spring line of Heat sneakers dropping soon.
First up, my favorite.
I’ll start off with one of my favorite flavor of Jordans: the Air Jordan 5s – Army Olive. These were released earlier this month at a retail price of $210.
The color scheme is Army Olive, Solar Orange and black. They are very similar to the original design with the suave mesh featured in olive. This pair features bright orange accents in the lining, as well as on the bottom. Clear iced-out bottom soles completes the look. These are available in mens, grade school, pre-school, and toddler sizes.
Next is a women’s exclusive.
The Air Jordan 4 Sails, released on March 9. sell at a retail price of $200. These dropped with a Sail Metallic Gold, white, and off-white color scheme. They have a Sail leather base with details that match the tongue, inner-lining, netting, laces, and a rubber out-sole. The Metallic Gold can be spotted on the eyelids, tongue labels, “Jump Man” heel tabs, and the air units.
Not A Fan, But A Fan Favorite.
I’ve never been the biggest fan of the 14s, but some of them do have a special place in my heart since I’ve acquired one pair on my shoe journey. Next, we have the air Jordan’s 14s in Flint Gray. They will drop on March 20 for $210 dollars. They feature a color scheme of gray, Stealth Gray, and white. They have the iconic Ferrari emblem on the ankle, with a suede gray upper, and the Stealth Grey suede for support. The 14s also come with a Well White and gray sole unit. Available in full men’s sizing.
Simple Style.
Dropping April 13 at a price of $190 is another pair of my personal favorite Jordans: the Air Jordan 11 Low in white and navy. They’re dropping in a color scheme of white, Midnight bottom. overlays of gray accents and blue accents on the eye-stays, midsoles, heel tab, and Jump Man logo. A white Nike logo on the back, with blue and gray rubber outsoles round out this pair.
Sail Away In These Shoes.
Another great option for Jordan fans is the Air Jordan 5s SE – Sail. These will be released on April 13 for $210. These beautiful, neutral-colored shoes come with a Sail, Light Oil Brown, black, white, and Coconut Milk color scheme. These feature high-quality material, including the iconic Sail base with Coconut Milk accents. This pair has classic translucent netting and outsoles, as well as black and brown highlights.
The Retro Re-Issue.
The final shoe on my spring ‘24 list are a pair of retros: the Air Jordan 4s – Military Blues. These will be released on April 27 for $215. They had their first debut in 1989 as one of the original color ways for the 4s, and have been a hit since they dropped. The upcoming 2024 editions are said to have the same exact design as the originals. They come in off-white, Neutral Gray, and Military Blue color schemes. The upper contains off-white leather with overlays of gray accents and blue accents on the eye-stays, midsoles, heel tab, and Jump Man logo. A white Nike logo on the back, with blue and gray rubber outsoles round out this pair.
